H. S. Fishbrook
Fostering stories that elevate thought, for both film and print.

About the Writer
H. S. Fishbrook is a writer and story analyst who finds great joy in fostering stories that elevate thought, for both film and print. Her early experience studying abroad at The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust and the Globe Theatre in the UK kindled her love for dramatic storytelling, so she returned home to LA and earned an MFA in Writing for Screen and TV. Since then she has spent her days channeling that love into creative work that supports others; her first job in town was writing Audio Description multimedia for audiences with accessibility needs. (Ask her more about AD and sheβd be delighted to talk shop.) As a story analyst, her biggest client to date is Amazon Studios, where she assessed novels for possible adaptation. She's currently tackling her own debut novel, finding a world of wonder in California's natural and historic spaces. She currently lives at the edge of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area with her husband.
